Hey, I’m Dr. Akanni, Founder and Head Wellness Coach of The Wellness Lab! Growing up, I witnessed the health struggles of the women in my family, which instilled in me the drive to help women improve their health and live higher quality lives.

Without strong women—mentally, physically, and emotionally—living long, impactful, and passionate lives, we are nothing. I believe this with every fiber of my being.

With a doctorate in Physical Therapy, I began my journey as a coach almost a decade ago. In that time, I've helped over 100,000 women transform their lives, bodies, and relationships for the better.
